An Illinois man exposed his genitals on a webcam to a St. Louis County undercover officer, believing the officer to be a 14-year-old girl, police said. Michael Schuette, 27, of New Douglas, IL, was charged Nov. 26 with sexual misconduct involving a child as a second offense.
Restaurant Manager Charged With Stealing Bank Deposit
A St. Charles restaurant manager has been accused of stealing a bank deposit for the restaurant. St. Charles Police said that Michael C. Femmer, of the 1100 block of Simmons Avenue in Kirkwood, stole the bank deposit for Golden Corral, 1850 Zumbehl Road, a total of $5,516.
Man Charged For Shattering Jaw In Hockey Game
Kevin Stephens, 27, of Chesterfield, faces criminal charges for hitting another player in the face with a hockey stick during a game. The victim’s jaw was broken in several places and needed 17 permanent screws as a result of the assault.

A Maplewood man stole a camera from Turner Center for the Arts after inquiring about job openings at the center, according to Maplewood Police. Frederick Fulton, 24, of the 3700 block of Greenwood Avenue in Maplewood, was charged Nov. 26 with felony stealing.

Lake Saint Louis Police said a witness saw Jessica Puglisi, 25, breaking into a crash cart at the hospital and taking 15 vials of various medications, putting them in her purse and bra.

A 41-year-old Manchester man faces seven criminal charges for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl, according to investigators. Chad Bullerdick, 41, of Manchester, was charged Dec. 1 with six counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, a class C felony, and one count of second-degree child molestation, a class A misdemeanor.
House Springs Pair Charged in Eagle Bank Robbery
Timothy Threadgill, 45, of House Springs, walked into Eagle Bank, located in the 4600 block of Highway MM in House Springs on Nov. 7, indicating he had a weapon and demanded money from a bank teller, according to Jefferson County Sheriff's Department police. Georgetta Rice, 37, who was in the truck with him, also was arrested.

A Wildwood man harassed a Chesterfield woman by following her, calling her and sending her emails, violating a protection order taken out against him, Chesterfield Police said. Robert Broadfoot, 62, of the 17600 block of Orrville Road in Wildwood, was charged with aggravated stalking and three counts of violating a protection order.
Woman Needed Surgery After Being Beaten by Husband
A witness called police after allegedly seeing a man dragging his wife from the driveway into their home in the 600 block of Lalor Drive in Manchester Nov. 27. Manchester Police said after they arrived and forced entry into the home, they found the woman was badly beaten. Police said the woman's husband, George Strahan, 45, choked and beat her.
